1st Course:
Chiles Rellenos: Roasted poblano peppers stuffed with pepper jack cheese, battered and fried, served over a roma tomato salsa
Paired with Menage a Trois Moscato
2nd Course:
Mango, Peach & Habanero Gazpacho: Cold soup made with peaches, mango, and habanero.
Paired with Fetzer Gewurztraminer
3rd Course:
Adobo Roasted Pork Tacos with Salsa Verde and Puerto Rican Rice with Black Beans: Pork Shoulder slow roasted in Adobo sauce, its the same as my tamale filling, Salsa made with tomatillos, cilantro, lime, and green chiles.
Paired with Plunger Head Zinfandel
Dessert:
Churros with Mexican Chocolate Dipping Sauce: Fried pastry dusted with cinnamon sugar, dipping sauce will have Mexican chocolate with Kahlua, with a touch of Frangelico.
Paired with Boiling Point's Special Sangria
