Looking for a little help sticking with your New Year's resolution of healthy eating? The Olive Branch YMCA will be hosting a heatlhy eating seminar designed to help you understand basic kitchen cleaning techniques and guidelines, analyze attitudes towards New Year's resolutions and lifestyle changes and to equip members with the confidence and tools needed to begin successful eating habits.
