One of the proven methods for  accomplishing this is by working together. MEC will focus on the common goal of bettering our communities through our Regional Round-Ups to be held in communities throughout the state.

Beginning this fall, MEC’s Regional Round-Ups will look at region-specific economic drivers, as well as state-wide issues like transportation,  healthcare, workforce, education and healthy communities.

This regional approach to economic development allows us to focus on strengthening your area’s economic competitiveness. But more importantly, it will help position all parts of Mississippi for success."
