Set up like speed-dating, each company representative has another company's representative they sit across from (one to one) and converse with for 3 minutes, when the bell rings, the designated traveler gets up and moves to another table and it begins again! Lots of fun and a great opportunity to meet new people and hand out lots of business cards!
