Description
We are having a challenge party for anyone in the Southaven, MS/Memphis, TN area interested in tasting the "shake mix that tastes like cake mix" and finding out what the 90 day challenge is all about. See how I lost 38 pounds in 6 months and kept it off for nearly a year and a half. The last 30 days I added over 4 pounds of lean mass and lost over 2 pounds of fat.
