The St. Jude North Creek Open will tee off for the first time at North Creek Golf Club®\;. This tournament is a 4-Man Scramble in that will benefit the life-saving work of doctors who help the patients of St. Jude Children'\;s Research Hospital. The tournament will include on-course prizes for Accurate Drive\, Closest to the Pin\, Longest Drive\, and a putting contest while making the turn.

\n\nThe tournament will be scored in two flights with the top two teams from each flight winning prizes. \;
\n\n\;
\n\nAll Players will receive food catered on behalf of the Southaven Chick-fil-A&trade\;\, gift bags\, and a complimentary round of golf for entering and playing For the Kids (free round valid only for Monday &ndash\; Friday)
\n\n\;
\n\nEntry fees are $100 per player or $400 per team\, and the max capacity will be 31 teams.
\n\n\;
\n\nSign-up sheets are available in the pro shop\, all forms are due by September 12th.
