Besides his many roles\, he loves patient care and has special interests in congestive heart failure\, coronary artery disease\, valve disease\, atrial fibrillation\, cardio-oncology\, pregnancy and heart disease\, hypertension and prevention. \n\nDr. Dharmesh Patel \n\nDr. Patel has been practicing cardiology in Southaven since 2004. He is board certified in general cardiology\, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology.  He is a specialist in Clinical Hypertension\, recognized by the American Society of Hypertension and a Diplomat through the American Board of Lipidology. Dr. Patel's special interests are prevention and early detection of cardiovascular disease\, hard to treat hypertension\, and women and heart disease.\n\nDr. Szatkowski and Dr. Patel are currently practicing cardiology at Stern Cardiovascular Foundation in Southaven.
