We're partnered with Mr. Quenton Woods (Coach Que) who is a Certified Life Coach and Personal Trainer to assist the Community in becoming aware of the importance of eating healthy\, healthy food meal prep (recipes)\, being mindful\, stress management and exercise.\n\n\n\nNorthwest Church of Christ R.E.F.U.G.E & Faith Ministries have collaborated and are hosting A Mental Health & Spa Retreat Day $25.00 per Participant offering Yoga\, Mindfulness Sessions\, Art Therapy\, Body Messages\, Music Therapy and Facials. Instructors and Students from New Beginnings Barber & Beauty College will render some services along with a certified Yoga Instructor (TBA)
